Reporting

My Reports

Browse the reports offered to your role, grouped by subject, and open one to see its figures, charts and tables.

My Reports is a catalogue of fuller reports than the Dashboard can hold. Reports are grouped into sections by subject, each with a short description of what it covers. You see only the reports offered to your role, so the page stays focused on what is useful to you.

Use the Dashboard for a daily view of your own work and headline numbers. Use My Reports when you need a fuller picture of one subject.

Before you start

  • Open My Reports from the Reporting section of the sidebar.
  • Which reports exist, and which roles see them, is set by an administrator in Governance → Reporting. See Reporting (Governance).
  • If you cannot see My Reports, your organisation may not use it, or your role may not include it. See Understanding roles.

Open a report

  1. Find the report in its section.

  2. Select its tile.

The report opens on its own page. The breadcrumb shows Reports and the report’s name.

  3. Read the report. Most reports show a strip of headline figures at the top, followed by charts and tables arranged for that subject. Some reports have their own layout, such as a portfolio overview with a timeline.

  4. To return to the catalogue, select Reports in the breadcrumb.

A report’s layout is fixed. Unlike the Dashboard, you cannot move or hide its widgets.
