Your personal areas of Paradym Next — private chats with Next, everything waiting on you, and the ideas you have put forward.
The first three entries in the sidebar belong to you alone. My Workspace is where you hold private conversations with Next. My Tasks collects every piece of work that is waiting on you, wherever it came from. Submissions is where you put forward ideas and follow what happens to them.
These pages sit at both ends of the wider flow. An idea starts in Submissions, is grouped and triaged in the Planning Inbox, is shaped into a plan in the Portfolio, moves through the Intake Queue into Projects and work streams, and is then supported once it is live. Along the way, the reviews, write-ups, approvals, tasks and discussions that need you arrive in My Tasks.

Typical workflow
- Put forward an idea on the Submissions page. Next asks a few follow-up questions, then you submit it.
- Answer questions about your idea. If the person triaging it starts a discussion, it appears in your submission and in My Tasks.
- Check My Tasks each day. The sidebar badge shows how many items need you right now.
- Open each item to act on it: sign off PRD sections, write up sections, approve gates or work through tasks.
- Use My Workspace whenever you need to ask Next about your applications, your work or your organisation’s knowledge.
