Introduction
Learn what Paradym Next is, who uses it and how it helps your organisation turn ideas into delivered work.
Paradym Next is a single place for your organisation to capture ideas, decide which ones to pursue, plan them properly, deliver them and support what has been delivered. It replaces the scattered spreadsheets, documents, inboxes and boards that usually sit between “someone had an idea” and “it is live”.
Throughout the product, Next — the built-in AI assistant — does much of the groundwork. It shapes ideas into clear submissions, groups similar ideas together, drafts overviews, requirements and product requirements documents (PRDs), plans tasks, and answers questions about your work. People stay in control: Next drafts and suggests, and people review, edit and decide.

- Hear every idea. Anyone can raise an idea through a short guided chat. Nothing gets lost in an inbox.
- See what people are really asking for. Similar ideas are grouped automatically, so you can see how many people and departments want the same thing.
- Plan consistently. Every portfolio item follows your organisation’s planning workflow and is scored the same way.
- Write better documents, faster. Next drafts overviews, requirements and PRDs grounded in the original ideas and your organisation’s knowledge.
- Review with clear accountability. Each PRD section has named editors and reviewers, with reminders when reviews stall.
- Deliver with structure. Work is shaped into work streams and tasks before it starts, then moves through stages and approval gates.
- Stay informed. Dashboards, reports and notifications show what needs you and how work is progressing.
