Signing in
Accept your invitation, sign in to your workspace, switch between workspaces and sign out.
You get access to Paradym Next when an administrator in your organisation invites you. This page explains how to accept the invitation, sign in, move between workspaces if you belong to more than one, and approve sign-ins from developer tools.
Accept your invitation
When an administrator adds you on the Members page, you receive an invitation email.
- Open the invitation email and select the link in it. The Set your password page opens.
- Enter a New password of at least 8 characters.
- Enter the same password again in Confirm password.
- Select Set password. The button becomes available only when both passwords match and are long enough.
- When you see Password set, select Go to sign in.
If the link does not work

| Invalid invite link | The link is incomplete. Open the link directly from your invitation email rather than copying part of it. |
| Could not set your password. The invite may be invalid or already used. | The invitation may already have been used, or it may have been replaced. If you have already set a password, sign in normally. Otherwise, ask your administrator to invite you again. |
| Network error — please try again. | Check your internet connection and try again. |
Sign in
- Go to your organisation’s Paradym Next address.
- Enter your username or email address and your password on the sign-in page.
- Paradym Next opens on the first page your role gives you access to.

Switch workspace
Some people belong to more than one workspace — for example, separate workspaces for different parts of a group of companies. Each workspace has its own content, settings and access.
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Switch workspace. The workspace you are in is shown underneath.
- Choose the workspace you want.
Paradym Next opens the other workspace. Your access there depends on the role you hold in that workspace.
If you belong to only one workspace, Switch workspace does not appear.
Sign out
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Sign out.
On a phone or small screen, open the menu, select your name and then select Log out.
Approve a sign-in from a developer tool
Developers who use Paradym Next’s command-line tools sign in by approving a code in the browser. If you are asked to do this:
- Open the link the tool shows you, or go to the Authorize Device page.
- Enter the Device Code shown in your terminal, in the format XXXX-XXXX, and select Continue. If you opened a link that already contains the code, this step is skipped.
- Check the name of the application asking for access. A warning reminds you that it will be able to access your account.
- Select Authorize to allow it, or Deny to refuse.
- When you see Device Authorized, you can close the window. The tool detects the approval automatically.
The request expires after a few minutes; a countdown shows how long is left. If you see Invalid or Expired Code, request a new code from the tool and select Try Another Code.
