Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Paradym Partners Limited, trading as Paradym Next (“Paradym Next”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through the website at paradym.partners. We are the data controller for that data. Paradym Partners Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16419067, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, and other applicable privacy laws.
2. The personal data we collect
- Information you give us: when you use our enquiry form, your name, work email address, company, role (if you give it), the offer or service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that it can deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Website usage: we measure how the website is used in aggregate with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data. This website is intended for business and professional audiences and not for children.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange what you asked for, such as a free trial, assessment, workshop or a conversation with our consulting team.
- To follow up on your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to prepare and agree that engagement.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website and our systems secure.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you made an enquiry. We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Our legal basis
- Steps before a contract: when you ask us about our services, we use your details to respond and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement.
- Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, running and securing our website, and understanding how it is used in aggregate.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
- Consent: for any marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the website, under contract and only for the purposes we set: Scaleway (website hosting and form processing, in France), MailerSend (delivery of form submissions by email), Plausible Analytics (aggregate website statistics, in the EU) and Google (delivery of the fonts our pages use).
- Authorities or others where the law requires us to.
6. International transfers
Your data is mainly processed in the UK and the EU. Where a provider processes it elsewhere, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. If an enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete the related data after 12 months.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to our use of your data, including for marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@paradym.partners. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
10. Links to other websites
Our website links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn. This policy does not cover them, so please read their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and show the date of the latest version at the top.
